Each pair of After Another earrings is hand made from polymer clay. It’s a light, durable material but please still be gentle and avoid exposure to excessive heat, water and beauty products like hairspray, lotion and oils.

All earrings have gold coated or surgical steel pieces that interact with your piercings. Some pieces may have a brass charm used. All of which is noted in each individual product listing.

If your pieces contain brass be aware that over time, brass tends to get dull and tarnish—this is natural. If you wish to keep the shine, it's best to keep your pieces away from water and other liquids. Even then brass will start to patina over time, and this can add even more uniqueness to your jewelry. Here are some tips on keeping your brass shiny.
